AC system not kicking on due to the fact as I have no power going to him will need electrician to come take a look. I have 9 V on one and I have 89 on the other system advised home owner and they said they will take a look.
No cooling, indoor fan is running, however, condenser is not running. Not getting 240 V to contactor. Checked breaker panel and found breaker tripped. Reset breaker and condenser kicked on. Checked amperage on compressor. Found compressor at very high start up amps which caused breaker to trip. System is from 2009 and recommend replacing due to age. Client approved replacement of system, office will contact client with installation date. Client paid 50% deposit on credit card.

Condensate Line impacted. Flushed free with existing prime maintenance plan. Recommended installation of ultraviolet systems and renewal of maintenance plan. Client must discuss with joint owners of property prior to moving forward.
Performed system maintenance. Found equipment operating with low refrigerant charge. Indoor evaporator is heavily impacted. Suggest pull and clean. Performed leak search as part of maintenance and found leak present in condenser coil. Wait time on this part is 4 to 6 weeks
