Andrew did a great job on my AC maintenance. He was thorough and communicative. I would recommend Mason AC.
I was very happy with Brad who explained the problem, gave me choices and fixed the A/C. I have been happy with Mason since I switched from a different company. I believe the techs know what they are doing, and I believe they are honest. I have had Tory in the past and am happy with him. I was easily able to schedule an appointment, and was called when Brad was on his way.
Always on time and very informative on the issues and options.
Mason HVAC is incredibly responsive, and their technicians are experienced and knowledgeable about their systems. I appreciate how quickly they address my questions and concerns.

My AC motor went out and Mason AC was out the next day to remedy the issue and ultimately replace my 15 year old unit. I would highly recommend them for timely and quality service. Homeowner needed a quote to raise the unit also duct cleaning and then replacing the grills. I advised the homeowner of everything he wanted to just wash the grill. James recommended not doing that and we just replaced the grill due to the fact as sit there and typically happens to rust out, also advised that the paint gets eaten off. Homeowner is aware of the situation. I am one of the first three companies to come in and give them a quote not making a decision today. Will let us know by Monday.

Client wants 800 ft.² of blown in insulation. Collecting 50% deposit and scheduled to do on same day of ductwork install.
No cooling, no power at thermostat. Indoor disconnect for air handler has loose connection internally, need to replace disconnect box. Did a complete evaluation of system. Found several areas where there has ductwork leakage in flex and Plenum’s. There is an old 5 inch media air filter that was never changed and door was hanging off sucking in hot attic air, compressor had high start up amps and contactor was burnt and pitted. Gave client solutions for issues with system, however, system is 21 years old and recommend replacing system and ductwork due to age, condition and cost of repairs.. Client just wanted to do the Band-Aid repairs for now and replace ductwork. Replaced disconnect box, sealed on door for media filter so it does not leak anymore air into system from attic, replaced contactor, and installed hard start kit. Scheduled installers to come out on Tuesday, July 15 to replace all ductwork in attic. Cycled and tested system, all operations OK at this time.

Came out for customer, wanting me to look over the condition of the machine they had damage done to the house. After looking over both machines found the machine is not worth repairing better off to replace machine and ductwork. I found a bunch of growth inside of a couple of the ducks
Performed maintenance on system. Cleaned coils, amps and wiring all good, components and UV lights all on and working well. Charge is good, treated and cleared drain line. System is good to go!
Upon arrival found blower on and ac unit off Upon further inspection found the inverter board outside had 2 lizards that shorted out the board. Board was replaced and system cooling normally Upon arrival found blower on and ac unit off Removed panel and discovered a lizard had gotten on top of board and fried the electronics board will need to be replaced and not covered under warranty. Recommend cleaning system and changing filter as well. Filter is 19 5/8x 19 5/8
Originally here to perform a turn up. Upon inspection found a rusted heat exchanger on the gas furnace. System is over 20 years old. Recommend replacing due to age and condition. Sent client over financing application. They need approval from HOA. they’ll get back to us by the end of the week.
System is operating normal. Client getting odor in home, did a complete evaluation of ac system. Found uv bulb burnt out, compressor has high start up amps, checked refrigerant pressures and all electrical components. Gave client solutions for issues with system and offered membership. Client needs to think about everything and will get back to us.

Arrived to find only 1 system on each condenser running. Reset power to find all systems working as designed. Made client aware that a power interruption was most likely the cause. Made client aware what to do if issue occurrs again.
