We returned from extended travel to find 'no hot water' at our house. Called Townsend at 9:30pm to describe the situation, asked them to check on it the following day. Next morning, shortly after 7AM, Townsend technician arrived, diagnosed the problem, repaired by replacing a defective control module. Hot water was available by 9am. Townsend Technician, 'Vinnie', was prompt, professional, and friendly; explained the situation and made sure our hot water was hot to our satisfaction.
