Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane high efficiency furnace running in great condition. 20x25x1 air filter is new today. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Kerry mentions she was told last maintenence about something being rusty. There is nothing list3d in previous notes and there is nothing suspicious or evident issues with rust. Only suspicion could be with the intake pipe having condensation coming through but there is already an intake drain trap installed properly. No actions should be taken at this time.
