Preventative maintenence inspection on Daikin high efficiency gas furnace running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filter in new condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Humidifier pad is in poor condition due to calcium buildup and should be changed as soon as possible to prevent water leaks. Humidifier riquires an Aprilaire #35 humidifier pad. Tested operation of humidifier to verify operation. Test ran furnace in gas heating. System is operating within temperature rise specifications for both high and low stages. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 3" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
