Preventative maintenence inspection on three Bryan furnace systems all running properly. Basement systems air filters in clean condition. Replaced attic system filter while up there. Basement systems humidifiers in working order with clean condition water panels. For all furnaces, cleaned flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. For basement systems, flushed through condensation trap and drain lines. Run test each system in heating mode from respective thermostat. Each system is operating with parameters for temperature rise, blower Amp draw, inducer Amp draw, and blower capacitor readings. Humidifiers tested during heating tests. No issues found with furnace systems. Nick mentioned that the two bedrooms upstairs were colder than the master bedroom where the thermostat is. He already keeps the doors open. Recommended turning the fan on for the system to constantly circulate air. Also mentioned that the remote sensors could be used in those rooms and possibly tell
