Preventative Maintenance Inspection on 2020 Trane S9V2 high efficiency furnace running in great condition. Trane Clean Effects filter incclean condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode on both stages. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower motor and inducer motor amp draw is within specifications. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Humidifier pad in good condition, damper opened, run test during heating mode. All measurments are within operation parameters. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
