Install new OEM control board for HP-04 Replacement control board did not fix the problem. The low voltage fuse tripped instantly when high voltage power was a reapplied after the replacement part was installed Additional diagnostics confirms two problems 1- the discharge line water valve actuator has failed with a short to ground and is tripping the low voltage fuse instantly when power is applied to the Y circuit 2- the red smoke detector wire circuit that is in series with the 24vac hot "R" wire of the transformer does not have any continuity therefore not providing any power from the transformer to anything in the air handler The temporary transformer installed for testing purposes at the last service has been removed and will NOT be applied to the bill. The air handler ICM control board is non-refundable therefore the new board will remain in place and Eric has taken possession of the original control board Westin Air will order and replace the water valve actuator *Eric
