Construction warranty. System running slightly low on refrigerant with a 2F SC when system calls for 11F SC. Airflow on furnace also set high at 1600cfm on speed tap 18, when 3.5T system requires 1225-1400cfm. Set furnace to speed tap 15 for ~1350 cfm. Top off refrigerant levels to bring subcool up to 11F. System is operating properly at this time.
