Preventative maintenence inspection on Bryant geothermal unit. Test ran electric heating mode. All electric heat strips operating properly. Blower motor is operating within specs. Electric heating is operating properly. Test ran in geothermal heating aswell. No issues found or suspected. Did not check refrigerant as there is no issues suspected. Replaced 30x36x2 air filter and #35 humidifier pad. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
