Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane high efficiency furnace running in good condition. Air filters are in clean condition and on schedule with homeowner. Humidifier pad is in new condition and damper is open. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs for both stages. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 3" pvc flue in good condition. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Humidifier tested during heating operation. No issues were found or suspected during maintenance inspection.
