Preventative maintenence inspection on 2016 Lennox standard efficiency furnace. 16x25x1 air filter in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Test blower capacitor. Test ran operation from thermostat call for heat. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 4" galvanized B-vent in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Tested operation of humidifier during heating test. Solenoid opens properly but no water comes out. After further investigation, found that the saddle valve on the water line is not letting any water out. Attempted to unplug by closing and reopening multiple times with no luck. Saddle piercing valve will need replaced for proper humidifier operation. Aside from above mentioned issue, the furnace tested within specifications and is safe to operate.
