Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane standard efficiency XV80 furnace. 20x25x4 air filter in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Test run operation in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 4" galvanized B-vent in good condition. 0PPM CO detected during testing. No issues found during inspection. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
