Preformed preventative maintenence inspection on five units. Replaced air filters. Cleaned flame sensors and checked ignitors. Flush condensation traps where necessary. Test ran each unit in heating mode. All systems are operating properly within specifications for temperature rise, blower and inducer motor amp draw, and gas pressure measurments. All vent pipes are in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter. Performed air balance on unit above break room in attempt to push more air into Dr. Shanklands office. Turned blower on thermostat to low setting to have constant circulation.
