Arrived onsite and they told me about their electrician that redid their kitchen and is in the middle of a whole home redevice, walked me around and asked me a few questions which i went around and answered. Then we went upstairs and they showed me an iron that when plugged in dims the lights in the bedroom. Well the iron was an amazon buy, it pulls 1700watts and heated up the whole cord, on some backstabbed outlets. I recommended they only use the iron on 20 amp circuits because of how much it pulls. I was then led to the kitchen where i looked at a kohler pressure switch the resident bought for the disposal, but with the current setup id have to tear that down and redo it in order to get it to run via the pressure switch, but it is possible and i wrote an option up for that. We also went as part of my assessment and took a look at the main panel where there was mismatched breakers, burning on the bus bar, main breaker, main lugs, and even the majority of the breakers where they snap
