Excellent Work !

Alex was the technician on the job. He was positive, personable and professional. He quickly provided an estimate on the work and gave me some options for adding recessed lighting to a closet ( even though I chose not to do it). He was very knowledgeable and explained all the work. He did an excellent job !! I would give him 5 stars !!!

Run 15 amp circuit from main electrical panel to the kitchen in then basement 15 amp Homeline arc fault breaker for dishwasher they are adding in the future Gfci protected Also from existing outlet on kitchen counter top drop down and add a plug on corner of the wall so the customer can plug in a fridge when they get it We are not responsible for patching and painting any holes we need to make for running the electrical wire I ran a 14-3 wire from main electrical panel to the basement kitchen. I ran the 14-3 wire in case the customer wanted to put the garbage disposal on its own circuit like the code requires they can. Dishwashers and garbage disposals are allowed to share a neutral. I then installed a 1900 box with a gfci and a RS cover plate for the new dishwasher Also i ran a new jumper from a kitchen counter top receptacle to a old work box i cut out next to the cabinets and installed a new tamper resistant receptacle for a new fridge customer will be getting Customer has a

Customer was having power loss issues in the basement rec room and basement bedrooms/ bathroom. We found the outlets were original and starting to fail. We replaced all the outlets and switches on the bedroom circuits, bathroom and the main rec room. Everything is powered back up in the basement. We also replaced 2 customer supplied lights in the basement bedrooms and one in the carport. We also replaced a broken outlet in the master bedroom next to the door.

We have taken a look at the baseboard heaters. We have determined that the system is a water system. Boiler has power, thermostat has power. We recommend that a qualified plumber inspect the system.

Customers kitchen counter receptacle on the right side of sink next to wall was faulty. Replaced receptacle and also replaced a faulty switch for overhead light in bathroom. Verified proper operation of all completed work with customer.

I removed a 50 amp surface mounted dryer plug and replaced it with a 30 amp dryer plug that would fit the customers new dryer. It is a flush mounted plug so I installed a 1900 with a mud ring The breaker was also a 2 pole 40 so I removed it and replaced it with a 2 pole 30 amp breaker 30 day warranty
