This solution includes the installation of 4 new customer supplied pendant lights in the kitchen area. In addition we shall properly terminate new switches in the 4 gang box. Lastly this includes 2 dimmer switches for recess and pendant fixtures. We have installed the new customer supplied lights in the kitchen. Additionally we have replaced the existing 4 switches in the 4gang box, terminating them properly and have installed 2 new dimmers to operate the recess lights and the Pendant lights.

We removed the old doorbell and replaced it with a blank plate. Customer was interested in adding a receptacle by basement utility closet, underneath the stairs. Gave a quote for said work. Customer will speak with husband and will call office if interested in going forward with work.
The reason for today’s visit was to provide solution for a EV charger install. Customer had purchased an EV charger already but, when shown the difference between hardwired and plug in models she would prefer the hardwired version and will be returning what she purchased. As we began at the panel, i saw a 97 Cutler Hammer CH panel with no surge but proper grounding and bonding. Each neutral was under the own terminal on the ground bar and i saw no signs of issues with the branch circuits. The customer did however have Solar installed and had a passing permit labeled on the panel from 2017-19 timeline. After discussing the options for today’s visit, a solution was provided for running a new 60 amp circuit by way of directional boring. We would run #6 THHN wire through 3/4 inch conduit from the panel room (in basement) through the front yard and under the flower bed having stubbed the wires on the exterior of the garage.
