Provide a pricing options to install a new dedicated 60 amp circuit and customer supplied hardwired Tesla level two charger in the garage. Also provided pricing install hold him search protection in both of the main panels located in the basement. Finally provide pricing to install new dedicated 20 amp circuits in the basement for a treadmill and other convenience receptacles along the front wall. These new circuits will be Arc fault and ground fault protected as required by safety and code requirements.
We have located the source of the power loss at the gfci protection underneath the deck at grill location. Inside the cable box is another GFCI, this is built into the cord. We recommend having surge protection installed.
Run three new dedicated circuits into the unfinished closet in the basement bathroom. We will install two new receptacles one for the water heater as well as one for the sump pump. The third circuit will be ran to a junction box to feed the basement bathroom lights.
Recommend replacement of breakers in both panels due to water damage and corrosion build up. Installation of GFCI in bathroom on first floor due to device not working properly. Replacement of burnt out receptacle on panel with a GFCI as per code. Recommend panel service to correct improper screws that mount panel cover on and eliminate “machine pointed” screws.
Replace outdoor receptacle and cover with gfci and bubble cover
We have repaired the garage receptacle and lighting circuit. We located a fault in the wiring leading down the wall and possibly outside. Switch was located behind built shelving in garage. In addition we have replace the switches and the garage door receptacle, ensuring proper splicing and terminations. Garage power restored. Switch has been removed and blanked off where fault was.
Customer called with heat pump breaker tripping. Upon further tested we decided it would be best to replace the breaker as the heat pump was already tested and confirmed to work. Therefore I added a new 30A breaker for outdoor heat pump. Also I converted 3 fixtures to LED. One 4 ft and two 2ft. And, lastly I will be adding 2 whole home surge protectors. .
Installed a 20 amp dedicated circuit in garage.
