This solution includes the installation of a switch for the fan. In addition we shall replace the existing outdated smoke alarm. We have installed the new switch and replaced the existing antiquated smoke alarm with a new combo detector.
This solution includes the installation of a customer supplied chandelier in the dining room, this includes removing the existing box in the ceiling and replacing it with a rated box for the weight of chandelier, also includes dimmer switch. Additionally we shall install 4 other light fixtures, 1 in office, 2 upstairs in bedrooms and one in basement room. We have installed the customer supplied fixtures. We recommend having the main panel have surge protection.
Reason for today’s visit was to work up an estimate to replace an install customer supplied lights. First light fixtures located in the foyer on a 20 foot ceiling. The second and third fixtures are located in the room on a 20 foot ceiling. And the fourth light is located in the dining room on a 10 foot ceiling. All four fixtures will be customer supplied hanging chandeliers. The dining room and the foyer currently have fixtures that we will remove before installing the new ones. The great room fixtures have pre-existing wiring with proper support boxes and we just need new fixtures installed.
Was called out for panel replacement. Customer has Bryant panel original to the home in 1980. Customer also requested pricing for under cabinet lights and exterior Ishtar replacement while on site. This solution includes the restoration of the lighting and receptacles power in the 2 front rooms. In addition we shall replace the existing breaker controlling the circuit. We have restored the power.
Reason for today’s visit was to remove and replace two customer supplied light fixtures. The first picture was located in the dining area in place of a chandelier, the second fixture was located at the basement landing. Both fixtures had crystals and we’re surface mounted lights.
Todays visit stemmed from a previous estimate. We installed a dedicated 60A 240V circuit through the basement bulkhead and into the garage. Circuit is about 80ft long and purposed for EV Charging.

Customer lost power to half their home. I arrived at the home and opened the 200 amp QO series Square D panel located in the front corner of the basement. The panel is in excellent condition showing no signs of burning, corrosion or rust. I tested both wires feeding the main breaker and quickly determined that a phase was lost. This is a power company issue (BG&E). Meter can is a pedestal type.
Replace the two switches in the closet in the master. Replace the two switches in the kitchen. Install new dedicated circuit for the sump Install new sub panel next to main panel to clear up and organize main panel. Change receptacle in kitchen and living room to white currently almond.
