Arrived onsite and took a look at the front light that when it turns on causes some flickering in the kitchen and hall lights, however we could not recreate this happening. The buttons to put the light into test mode are all seized up and the motion/photocell is all cloudy so the light should really be replaced. On my safety assessment though i found the panel to be in very bad condition. From surface rust, to internal rust all over, corrosion on the ground and neutral terminals, corrosion and heat marks on the bus bar, no main shutoff, and the fact its an out of date slit bus in poor condition; i talked to him in depth and showed him everything i found involving the panel. After pointing out all the imminent threats to him i wrote up options for him today to get it taken care of. He wasn’t interested in moving forward on anything today but wanted the quotes emailed to him.
