2025 PCSA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance Technician checked wire connections. Made sure thermostat operated normally. Customer replaced filter. Checked Freon levels, and checked defrost. Technician also mentioned to customer that the blower motor bearings are starting to wear out and is to probably going to be replaced in the future.
