Heating Maintenance PCSA 2025 heating check up renewal Checked wire connections. Customer replaced filter recently. Replaced thermostat batteries (customer provided). Flushed drain line. Cleaned flame sensor. Burners were clean. CO levels were within normal range. Blower motor bearings are starting to wear but still operational. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
