Charlie himself (and his son) came and saw to our problem. It turned out to be sort of a non-issue, but they still didn't charge us an arm and a leg for coming to check on it (and cleaned a few things out in our A/C system which was nice). They also could get to us much sooner (like, a week earlier) than other local companies. Will be calling them again!
