Heating Maintenance PCSA 2025 heating check up renewal 12/4/25 completed heating check up found 2 of the 3 heaters are operating normally. The blower motor needs replaced and the speed turned up. The fusible link on heater #3 is dead and will need replaced under warranty if part is available. Returned 12/8/25 complaint smell coming from furnace, Daniel removed damaged insulation from duct work and installed new blower motor and adjusted speeds. System appears to be operating normally at this time. Complaint 12/12/25 Daniel spoke to customer about smell coming from furnace again told customer to turn the blower on and monitor system operation. 12/13/25 Removed limit to try to track down a replacement. Also determined the cause for the burning smell is most likely the blower board failing. 12/26/25 Replaced limit and blower relay. All 3 heaters are operating normally and the blower is coming on and going off as needed. System is operating normally at this time.
