Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged toilet and washing machine drain line. We pulled the toilet, used a pressure device down through the toilet's flange, and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer line. After replacing the toilet bowl's wax ring gasket and toilet bowl bolts and caps, and resetting the toilet, the issue was corrected. We then inserted the pressure device into the washer's drain line and cleared its blockage. However, it still drained too slowly due to it being an undersized line with no air admittance valve. We provided a price quote to 1) repipe and replace the drain lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to a) the fixtures in the kitchen and one bathroom (sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower - replacing the toilet bowl flange and wax seal gasket, the P-traps underneath all the sinks and installing new PVC piping, fittings and supports under the house for each fixture); and b) the washing machine; 2) repipe and replace the water supply lines under the
