Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the building. However, by the time we arrived, the blockage had already cleared on its own. We flushed several toilets multiple times to test the building's drain system and there were no issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and cut into and removed a section of interior concrete flooring; dug down and located a clogged section of cast iron drain line; cut out and replaced the leaking section of pipe with new PVC piping and fittings, adding a floor cleanout; and after testing for leaks, replaced the soil and concrete we took out.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to 1) replace a 50-gallon gas tank water heater with a new Navien 240A tankless model with a NAVICIRC recirculation pump; 2) cut into and remove a small section of interior concrete flooring; dig down and locate a clogged section of cast iron drain line; cut out and replace the leaking section of pipe with new PVC piping and fittings; and after testing for leaks, replace the soil and concrete we took out; and 3) install a soaker tub, bathroom sink double vanity, toilet, kitchen sink, dishwasher, refrigerator ice maker water supply line, and Delta shower valve, and make all the appropriate water and drain connections.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing pressure PVC outside main water supply line with new copper and ProPress fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) due to water pressure issues in the building.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) pull a toilet and use a closet auger or water pressure device to clear a bathroom drain line stoppage; and 2) repipe and replace the drain lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to a) the fixtures in the kitchen (sink and dishwasher) and two bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/shower - replacing the toilet bowl flanges and wax seal gaskets, the bathtub/shower drains, and the P-traps underneath all the sinks, and the bathtub/shower's waste and overflow); and b) the washing machine - installing new PVC piping, fittings and supports under the house and up through the flooring for each fixture and air admittance valves inside the home where needed.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) install a Tempra 24 tankless electric water heater; 2) install two single-handle bathtub/shower faucets, showerheads and shower wands; two bathroom sink faucets; one kitchen sink faucet; and two toilets; and 3) make all the appropriate water and drain connections.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a floor drain’s drain assembly and cast-iron drain line through the floor to under the building in the basement, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged mop sink drain. We used a sewer machine down through the drain and cleared the blockage. We tested the mop sink drain for proper drainage with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a toilet with a loose and broken seat. We removed and replaced the seat with a new Mainline ML1055000 elongated front-open model and corrected the issue.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged mop sink drain. We used a ShopVac to vacuum out the drain and then used a sewer machine down through it to unclog it. We tested the mop sink for proper drainage with no issues. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the kitchen sink's P-trap and drain line through the floor to under the building in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and installed black iron piping on the roof for gas lines, installed drip legs and shutoff valves, ran the piping down the side of the building, connected it to five propane canopy heaters, and painted the piping yellow.
Pride Plumbing came out and ran black iron piping to six drive-thru canopies and then hung and connected six overhead propane area heaters. We tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard. We dug down and found a leak on a section of the copper outside main water supply line. We cut out the faulty section of pipe and repaired it with new copper piping and ProPress fittings.
