We used a water pressure device at a cleanout underneath the home and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the kitchen sink's under-sink drain assembly, P-trap, and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a leak on a Maytag washing machine's drain line. Our inspection found that the drain's glued fittings were separating. We replaced the washing machine's P-trap, drain and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings. We tested the drain line for leaks and the issue was corrected.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak at a Maytag washing machine. We replaced the hot and cold water boiler drains with new quarter turn valves as well as short sections of the piping coming up through the floor with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for issues with a septic tank. Our inspection determined that the septic tank was full and the sewage pump wasn't working. We provided cost estimates to perform the following work: 1) pump the septic tank; 2) install 24-inch diameter septic tank risers up to two-feet deep (septic tank risers are installed so that the tank's access covers are at ground level for better access); 3) pull and clean the sewage ejection pump and replace its float switch and check valve; and 4) replace the sewage ejection pump along with replacing its check valve, ball valve, and union.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged Project Source toilet. When we arrived, we found that the stoppage had already cleared itself. We provided a price quote to replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model.
