Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) turned the water off and drained it out of the entire building; 2) cut out and removed two leaking ball water shutoff valves and replaced them with new ones; 3) after the ball valves were installed, we turned the water back on and slowly refilled the building; and 4) went through the entire building bleeding air from the water lines at each fixture while checking for leaks.
