Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install the plumbing for a loft to apartment conversion. This would require us to: 1) install a P-trap, drain, and the PEX water supply lines and controls for a shower valve and shower head; 2) install a new walk-in shower; 3) install a toilet's drain, flange, and PEX water supply line; 4) install a bathroom sink vanity, faucet, and water supply and drain lines; 5) install a kitchen sink, faucet, and water supply and drain lines; 6) install a Liberty sewage pump underneath the kitchen sink and run a PVC vent line from the pump up into the attic; and 7) install a ProPlus washer box along with its water supply and drain lines.
