Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) drilled down through the floor and into the crawlspace and installed new PEX water and PVC drain lines for a sink; 2) ran a new PEX water line from the new sink area over to an existing water line underneath the building and installed a new water supply stop on the water line; 3) connected the new PEX water line to the sink's faucet; 4) installed a new PVC P-trap and drain assembly underneath the sink and down through the floor and made the appropriate drain connections to the sink and underneath the building; 5) tested for leaks on the new water and drain lines; and 6) performed a leak search in the ceiling where a water stain had recently presented itself (we found that someone had spilled water on the floor in an upstairs bathroom and it had leaked downstairs).
