Pride Plumbing was called out for a flooded boiler room basement. After inspecting the issue, we provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) jackhammer and dig out a 9'x9' hole in the basement's concrete floor, install a new Liberty sewage pump system along with gravel as a base layer and connect it to the building's existing basement drain; 2) leave the pit open for an electrical contractor to install the wiring for the new pump; 3) install 1-yard of concrete around the pump's basin after its tank has been inspected and approved; 4) jackhammer and dig out a discharge line from the new Liberty pump system to the building's outside main sewer septic drain line, install PVC piping and fittings and a backflow prevention check valve and union in the line, and hook up to it; 5) test the new pump and drain lines for working order; 6) backfill all ditches and replace the concrete in the floor after the work has been inspected and approved.
