Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard. We dug down and found a leak on a section of the black roll outside main water supply line. We cut out the faulty section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings. We also provided cost estimates to perform the following work: 1) replace a pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter due to high water pressure in the home; 2) replace a 40-gallon electric Whirlpool E2F40LD045V lowboy water heater with a new 40-gallon electric lowboy model; 3) use a sewer machine to unclog a slow-draining kitchen sink drain; 4) replace a sillcock main water shutoff valve with a new ball water shutoff valve; and 5) replace a leaking outside hose bib spigot.
