Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak at the base of a Toto toilet. When we pulled the toilet, we discovered that the flange was loose, and that the flange spacers weren't fastened nor had silicone applied to them. We tightened down the flange and installed a new BruCo CF300 closet flange extension kit and applied silicone to the spacers. We reset the toilet with new toilet bolts and two new wax ring gaskets and tested for leaks with no further issues.
