Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced a non-working 40-gallon electric American water heater with a new 40-gallon electric Rheem PROE40-M2-RH95 666310 model (this included removing and disposing of the old water heater; and installing the new water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a brass drain valve, connecting the unit's electrical connections, bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, and setting the unit to its appropriate operating temperature); and 2) called in our septic pumping truck, located and uncovered the home’s septic tank, removed its lid, pumped it out, cleaned the tank’s filter, ensured proper drainage and flushing, reset the lid, and covered the tank back up. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the home's pressure reducing valve (PRV).
