Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking Standard three-handle bathtub/shower faucet valve. After shutting off the water, we removed the handles, replaced their washers, reinstalled the handles, turned the water back on, and tested for leaks with no further issues. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the valve with either a new Delta single-handle model or Gerber three-handle model (this would include cutting an access in the shower wall, replacing the valve along with short sections of its hot- and cold-water supply lines with new PEX piping and fittings, and adding new stems, washers, seats, handles, and escutcheons).
