Returned to gather additional information. The heat kit is 10kw. The outdoor unit needs to be rotated 45 degrees counter clockwise to allow panel access. The ducts are newer flex ducts and not the old style. They are save to use the duct cleaning machine on. Filed out install sheet for when customer is ready to move forward.
