Upon arrival I spoke with Jennifer. She stated they noticed the unit wasn’t working properly and the unit was blowing warm air. They stated the outdoor condenser was not coming on. I proceeded outside and checked all electrical components. Capacitor tested within manufacturer specifications. When I tested the Contactor I was getting 11 ohms and 0 volts coming out of the Contactor. Which shows signs of a bad Contactor. I presented the issue to Jennifer. She elected to replace the Contactor under 10 parts warranty. I installed the new Contactor and restored power to the unit. The unit is cooling properly. I tested pressures to insure of no refrigerant loss. Pressure were within manufacturer specifications. Temperature being supplied to the home was 55 coming out. Unit was cooling upon departure.
