Both systems: 2007 gas systems Upon arrival, I found the outdoor fan motor not operating. I checked to see if it was locked up. I proceeded to test the capacitor. The capacitor was reading 0.8/5. I replaced the capacitor and began testing the system. The system is back to cooling. After testing the system, I found that the blower motor is leaking oil and likely will need replacement soon. The blower capacitor is reading 3.9/5. I presented these concerns to the customer and made him aware. The customer did not want pricing on other areas of concern at this time.
