Upon arrival, I found that the system was operating properly. I checked my electrical components in the outdoor unit, temperature split, and refrigerant levels. I found no major issues. I attempted to simulate a warmer day by covering the top of the outdoor unit. I referenced the charge chart and it appears the system is slightly low. I had a 20 degree temperature drop. The system is showing about a 3 degree difference in what the sub cooling should be. I spoke with the home owner about my finding and the maintenance program. He did not want to perform any work at the time of service.
