Client called in stating that their thermostat had no power and wasn’t connecting to their Wi-Fi. Upon arrival I inspected the thermostat and it was blank, i proceeded to check the up flow closet unit. I found the safety float switch to be tripped which is indicating a clog in the drain line, present customer with my findings and he elected to have he drain line cleared. I cleared the drain line and tested the drain line to insure it would drain properly. I treated the line with total c. Client also elected to sign up for our annual maintenance service. Unit was cooling upon departure.
