Preformed a heating maintenance on a 2013 carrier straight electric single system. Tested all electrical and safeties on the heat kit. We found that one of the 5kw strips is not working properly. We also found that the blower and evaporator coil on the inside unit is extremely covered with dirt/debris. We have provided estimates for all concerns with the system at this time. Unit was shut off upon departure just as it was when we arrived. Scheduled to return 9/17/25 @10:00-12:00
