Arrived on site, home owner noticed water coming through ceiling below unit. 2015 heat pump. Found clogged drain line upon inspecting p trap and float switch. Unit was not shutting off when float switch was triggered. Also noticed line set insulation was leaking a substantial amount of water from poor connections. Proceeding to the outdoor unit I noticed oil around the suction line. I then checked for a leak at the valve core and found a refrigerant leak. Tightened valve core and leak went away. I then measured refrigerant pressures on the unit and found them to be slightly low, however I was not able to take accurate pressures as the outdoor unit was extremely dirty. I then tested the electrical on the outdoor unit and found the capacitor and contactor testing outside of manufacturer specifications. The contactor also had signs of pitting/burning and was also making a loud buzzing noise. The contactor allows power into the unit when the thermostat calls for it, and the capacitor adds
