Upon arrival, I found that the outdoor unit would turn the compressor on and attempt to turn on the condenser fan motor. I checked my DC voltage coming out of the board for the low volt portion of the motor 2DC volts. This indicated that the inverter board was no good. Jesse brought me a board that we had in the office. I installed it and tested the system. The condenser fan motor still did not turn on. I suspect that the condenser fan motor module has failed and resulted in a failure in the inverter board. I shut the outdoor unit down. I informed the customer, we will reach out with a timeline as soon as possible.
