-Contactor -Turbo Multi Use Capacitor - 5-2-1 Hard Start Kit Demand call for main system not cooling the majority of the house down. Customer has a baby sleeping in the house so I wasn’t able to get into the house, but he showed me the outside system and was able to control the system from his phone. Customer turned on his nest to ac mode and we saw the compressor start on his 5 ton unit but his fan never started. Upon further investigation we found the capacitor to be bad, the contactor burning and arcing, and the compressor starting heavy. I offered a solution to the customer to at least address these issues to see if we can get the fan motor running and he agreed. After the repair the system started up along with the fan. I checked amp draws and they are within range. Customer stated the house is cooling down now and the system is running upon departure.
