Demand call for zone gas system from 2022 having an error code 275 No Flame Sensed. Upon arrival the customers nanny showed me the thermostats and attic access. During my inspection I found the error code and it’s related to the heater I asked the nanny if she’s turned the heater on and she mentioned no. I asked the homeowner if they’ve turned the heater on and they also mentioned no. They haven’t had any power surges or flickers from what they can recall either. I reset the system to remove the error code and turned the heater on and off multiple times, the system never failed to start up and a code didn’t pop up. The system is running in ac mode at the moment and cooling properly. I asked the homeowner about joining our vip membership but he already has a plan with someone else.
