Arrived on site, found upstairs unit blowing warm air. Proceeded to the outdoor unit and found condenser running. However condenser was only expelling cool air. Tested capacitor, on 3Ton 2014 condenser and found it to be a bit low but within range. Measured refrigerant pressures and found them to be very low. Discussed with homeowner possible options for moving forward, including leak seal. Homeowner asked for a call in the morning to work out a time for the comfort advisor to visit. Unit unplugged at breaker upon departure.
