Preformed heating maintenance on a gas single system. We tested all electrical components on the inside furnace. All tested within manufacturer specifications. We tested all safeties to insures they were in good working order. All safeties passed today’s inspection. Filter did not need to be changed at this time. We did notice that the client has uv lights installed inside the unit . Uv lights are in working order. We found that the unit did not have any type of surge protection. We spoke to the client about the benefits of having their unit protected from possible surges of power. Client elected to have two surge protectors installed on the inside unit as well as the outside unit. We changed the thermostat back to cooling and unit was in good working condition upon departure.
