Performed maintenance on a 2017 Goodman Condenser. System was chemically cleaned. Compressor can use a compressor assist kit due to the refrigerant line size. Outdoor fan motor has signs of over heating. Refrigerant levels are ok. Filters are clean at this time. Starting components were measured and are ok. Both systems are not electrically protected. Customer will talk to husband regarding further protection. System is operational at end of appointment.
