Customer stated outdoor unit was not coming on, check electrical low an high voltage ok, noticed core sense flashing code 3 unit short cycling, inspect defrost sensor and board, noticed black spot behind board, also ran unit and tried to test defrost unit will not go into test defrost, Unit needs new defrost thermostat and control emailed proposal also would highly recommended having tune up on unit
