Installed new Amana gas furnace and coil in existing aux pan. Adapted to existing return and made custom supply plenum, sealed all duct connections. Installed new Aprilaire 600M humidifier, ran new condensate line and made all necessary low voltage connections, tested humidifier. Adapted to existing gas line, setup pressures and did combustion test. Flushed existing line set due to accessibility, pressure tested to 300+ psi and evacuated below 500 microns, added 15 ounces of refrigerant. Installed new outdoor unit on leveled stone and pad. Installed new disconnect and whip. Installed new condensate pump and ez trap for coil. Installed new vinyl tubing. Installed new 5in smoke pipe to termination. Installed new wet switch and wired all safeties. Tested system in heating and cooling system working properly. Install went over with customer and work area cleaned.
