Performed Quality Assurance on Amana Gas Furnace/AC system with zoning. Reviewed installation with homeowner. Completed checklist form in system. Tested system in Heating and Cooling modes. Performed combustion testing and adjusted gas pressures. Tested each zone to ensure the dampers were opening/closing properly. Tested EZ Trap and Wet Switch safeties. This install did not pass the QA. No follow up needed, Any items were corrected. See notes below of areas that were marked yellow: Outdoor was level but was not even on the pad and was hanging over on one side. Disconnect box is not level on wall. Found trash around the outdoor unit. Wiring was clean and secure at the outdoor unit, dampers, and zone panel. Wiring was not clean and neat in the furnace. Organized low voltage wiring at furnace control board. Also taped transformer high voltage wires.
